About Ridge Point Contracting

Ridge Point Contracting builds quality homes on the Sunshine Coast. Our team of outstanding carpenters, finishing carpenters and sub-trades will ensure your building project gets completed on time and on budget with the craftsmanship you expect in your new home.

Our company brings many years of combined building experience and we ensure successful projects by working closely with our clients and a carefully chosen group of architects, subcontractors and suppliers.

Our experience enables us to guide clients through each phase of the building process and we welcome and encourage client participation at every step along the way. Establishing a budget, putting together a construction schedule, understanding the permit process and working through the many design decisions to be made, are just a few of the key aspects of our collaboration with our clients.

We specialize in building single-family custom homes in rural and remote locations.

Many homeowners want to play a significant role in building their homes and act as the general contractor. In this case they may require project management services to meet technical requirements. Some may choose a general contractor to manage the entire project. The level of involvement usually depends on the expertise of the homeowner and their time available. We understand this and provide our customers with a variety of practical building options. This gives you the flexibility you need in structuring a working relationship that makes sense.

Building a house is a journey. At Ridge Point Contracting, we make certain that you are pleased throughout the adventure and are content at journey’s end.
